It has flavors particularly the pungency and spiciness resulting from the liberal use garlic and chili peppers as well as the unique flavor of Sichuan pepper. It’s a dish bursting with an explosion of flavors. So if you are craving for some delicious and easy to make dishes this is one of them. Just make the sauce beforehand, refrigerate and it can stay fresh for a couple of months. Whenever I am short of time I just make Chinese as it is easy and fast and who does not like dishes where you can incorporate all the vegetables you have bought and that are still sitting in your fridge!
