Ingredients
- 2 cups cut chicken breast cubes
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 Teaspoon freshly ground cumin powder
- 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 Teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli
- 1 teaspoon Frankie masala powder (available in Indian stores)
- 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat Masala
- White flour tortillas
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro to garnish
Method
- Take a bowl and mix the chicken with all the spices as keep aside for 15 minutes
- Take a pan and put 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the chicken and keep aside
- Take the eggs and beat them up well.In a pan brush some oil and put the tortilla and brush the egg on one side generously flip and see that egg is stuck onto the tortilla and remove
- Take a plate, place the tortilla with egg face up
- Sprinkle some onions and cilantro lay the chicken lengthwise add a few drops of lemon juice and some Frankie masala roll the tortilla and enjoy it with some sweet potato and mango salad
