Ingredients
- 2 cups peeled and chopped Turai
- 3/4 cup boiled Chana daal (Gram Daal)
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 slit green chili
- 6-7 curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 chopped tomato
- Salt to taste
Method
- Make two tablespoons of oil hot in a pan and add to it kadi patta minced garlic cumin seeds chili and sauté for a minute
- Then add the vegetable daal tomato and all the spices
- Mix well add half cup of water cover and cook till turai is cooked
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with Roti and salad
