Ingredients
- 3 cups of boiled and cut potatoes
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced green chili no seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 6-7 kadi patta (curry leaves)
- Cilantro to garnish
Method
- Take the potatoes turmeric powder green chili salt and sugar and mix well in a bowl
- In a pan put 2 tablespoons of oil add the kadi patta garlic mustard and cumin seeds .When it starts to pop add the potatoes mix well Then add the lemon juice and turn off the heat
- Garnish with cilantro and serve
