Chicken Frankie

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups cut chicken breast cubes
  2. 2 cups chopped onions
  3. 1 Teaspoon freshly ground cumin powder
  4. 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
  5. 1 Teaspoon paprika
  6. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli
  9. 1 teaspoon Frankie masala powder (available in Indian stores)
  10. 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon chaat Masala
  12. White flour tortillas
  13. 2 eggs
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Cilantro to garnish

Method

  • Take a bowl and mix the chicken with all the spices as keep aside for 15 minutes
  • Take a pan and put 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the chicken and keep aside
  • Take the  eggs and beat them up well.In a pan brush some oil and put the tortilla and brush the egg on one side generously flip and see that egg is stuck onto the tortilla and remove
  • Take a plate, place the tortilla with egg face up
  • Sprinkle some onions and cilantro  lay the chicken lengthwise add a few drops of lemon juice and some Frankie masala roll the tortilla and enjoy it with some sweet potato and mango salad
