Indian Style Spiced Green Beans and Potatoes

Ingredients
- You will need :
- 2 Cups cut green beans
- 2 Potatoes cut into small pieces
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Green chilli without seeds
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 Teaspoon paprika
- 1 Teaspoon freshly ground cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Cilantro to garnish
Instructions
- Take a pot and put 3 tablespoons of oil .
- When oil is hot put cumin seeds
- Stir for a minute and add minced garlic and green chilly .
- Fry for a minute and add the vegetables and fry again for a minute.
- Add the tomatoes and all the spices and stir well
