Lemon Garlic Tilapia is an easy lunch or dinner recipe to empower you towards a healthy living. This recipe calls for just a handful of ingredients to create an easy delicious dish in 10 minutes from start to finish. Whenever I am time constrained the first thing that comes to my mind is Tilapia because it does not need an elaborate list of ingredients and secondly it is very easy and quick to make. The lemon in the dish adds the zest that is needed and  the garlic and pepper add the flavor. I normally serve it with dill rice to make it a hearty meal but you can serve it with steamed or sautéed vegetables of your choice or green salad. Another good benefit of the recipe is that it is low in carbs and rich in nutrients. To sum it all, it should become a new staple in your dinner menu.
