Ingredients
- 1 cup heaped chicken breast cut in medium sized cubes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons of Shan Butter Chicken Masala
- 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
- 3-4 teaspoon of ground cashews
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of kasuri methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon oil
- Cilantro to garnish
- Salt if needed
Method
- Take a pot and put the butter snd oil .When melts add the chicken and stir for a couple of minutes.To it add the ginger garlic paste and Shan masala and stir for a couple of minutes
- Then add the tomato sauce, milk and half and half kasuri methi ketchup ground cashews and paprika
- Cover and cook till chicken is done and gravy is thick Take care not to overcook the chicken
- Garnish with cilantro and butter
- Serve with nan of choice
