Ingredients
- Ginger snap cookies
- Cool whip 8oz
- Almond slices
- Chocolate syrup
- Fruit of choice to garnish
Method
- Take a tray or a plate of your choice
- Take a ginger snap cookie and apply cool-whip on one side
- Take another one apply cool whip on one side and lay it against the first continue to stick one against the other till you have about 20 cookies in a row
- With a spatula cover the row of cookies with the cool whip and smoothen it out
- Sprinkle with almond slices or chocolate flakes
- Decorate with chocolate syrup and fruits at the extremities
- An easy but very delicious desert
