Egg sandwich is prepared in numerous ways and is eaten worldwide. French toast which is very popular worldwide is one such example. Omelette sandwich, egg in a hole are some other examples. I made this sandwich Indian style in which I added Indian spices along with the vegetables to give it a savory taste. It is a super quick recipe as in the morning there  is always a rush so the egg toast is a perfect idea to start the day. It is best served hot with ketchup or dip of your choice. In India breakfast is accompanied with Chai (tea) of your taste.

Egg and Cheese Omelet Toast

This egg and cheese omelet toast is super easy and quick to make without much ado. It consists of basic vegetables like onions, tomatoes, peppers and cilantro. Spices like salt, pepper, turmeric and red chili powder are added to the egg and finally your favorite cheese to make it a scrumptious sandwich.
