Beef Shami Kabab

Shami Kebabs are my all-time favorite. I also call them the irresistible kebabs cause that’s what they really are. If you haven’t tried these kebabs you are surely missing out on something special.

These kebabs are made with minced meat and lentils. They are crispy on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside. They can be served as an appetizer, a starter or a snack.

You can make them and refrigerate them so when anyone needs a snack all you do is heat it and serve it with bread or side salad!
