Szechuan Shrimp Fried Rice

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

This is the best fried rice because the Szechuan sauce is bursting with the flavors of spices including ginger and garlic. When you cook this rice the aroma of the spices float across the house making everyone hungry. This rice can also be made into a vegetarian rice by adding a load full of veggies. I personally love seafood so the shrimp Szechuan fried rice is one of my favorites!

Szechuan Shrimp Fried Rice

This is a very popular & flavorful Indo Chinese rice dish that can be complimented with noodles, soup or another Indo Chinese entre (e.g. yummy Szechuan Chicken!).
