In a heated wok put 4 tablespoons of oil
When the oil is hot add the minced garlic
When it lets out an aroma add the shrimp and sauté
Continue for about 2-3 minutes on high heat till the shrimp curl up
Remove the shrimp in a plate
Now add another tablespoon of oil in the same wok
Add to it 2 beaten up eggs and scramble the eggs on high heat
Add the vegetables to the egg and mix well
Stir in black pepper mix add put in the boiled rice
Mix well and add the Szechuan sauce
Add the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, siracha sauce, vinegar and mix everything well
Add salt to taste and fold in the shrimp
Add in the chopped cilantro and basil leaves
Mix and serve
