Add cumin seeds, black peppercorns, cardamoms and cloves.
Add ginger and garlic and stir well.
Add the onions and sauté till translucent.
Add the mutton.
Cover and cook for 15 mins between low and medium heat.
Add the dry spices and stir well.
Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove cover , add yogurt and blend in.
Add the tomatoes cover and cook for 25 minutes or till the mutton is cooked.
Add cilantro, julienne ginger and green chili and serve with nan , paratha or rice.
