Pat dry the filets. In a pan heat oil to shallow fry Take the filet and dip in first container to cover it with flour on both sides Shake off the excess flour Then dip it into the beaten egg to cover both sides
Then cover it on both sides with bread crumbs
When the oil is hot shallow fry the filets to a golden brown
Remove on kitchen towel to absorb excessive grease Serve them with pasta ,stir fried vegetables or a side salad.
