Bajre kebabs are easy to make and very delicious. Kebabs are very popular starters in the Muslim community. Millet flour is used as the binding agent and the main ingredients in this dish are ground beef, millet flour, ginger garlic paste and herbs. The beef mixture is marinated for a few hours to bring out the exotic taste to tickle your taste buds. My guests love these kebabs as they are different and never fail to ask me to send some over when I make them.
