Chicken puff pastry is a delicious light snack .You can substitute chicken for veggies or fruits too. It basically consists of chicken and puff pastry as the main ingredients with few spices to add flavor. Puff pastries can be made ahead of time and frozen. It is a very easy dish but very good to serve when you have company or for kids when they get back from school hungry.
Take the chicken add black pepper, cilantro and Shan masala and mix well
Place one puff pastry on a plate Place the chicken mixture on one side of the pastry
Align the sides and seal with a fork and place on a greased baking pan
Beat an egg and brush the egg on the pastry to give it a beautiful golden color. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 mins or until its golden .
Remove let it cool on a rack and serve while it’s still warm with ketchup .
