When you think of Italian dishes Parmesan crusted tilapia must top your list. It is delicious, quick and above all easy to make. The main ingredients to make this fish are parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and herbs. It's light, healthy and perfect for lunch or dinner time. It can be served with vegetables, rice, spaghetti whatever you have handy. I served mine with pasta Pomodoro as I had made that. We'll soon be posting a recipe for Pasta Pomodoro as well.
