Cut the top of the peppers and deseed them
In a pot boil water and parboil the peppers for 5-6 minutes
Remove them on a plate to dry
In a heated non stick pan add a tablespoon of olive oil
To it add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute
Add the diced tomatoes and stir well till they are mushy
It’s time to stir in the ground beef
Mix well and add the spices
Cover and cook for 6 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink
Turn off heat and set aside Take the mashed potatoes and add cilantro ,salt, pepper and mix well
Take the peppers and fill them with mashed potatoes half way
Then fill the meat to the very top
Cover the meat with cheese and keep aside
