With the cold heading our way soups hit the priority on our menu for lunch and dinner. If you love Thai food this soup will win your heart and stomach. It is easy to make. The main ingredients are chicken stock and coconut milk. There are other ingredients that go in to add the hot sour and spicy flavors. As accompaniments, I made red curry and steamed rice to make it a wholesome meal. I will put up the recipe for the curry in a future post.
