Vegetable Fried Rice
Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir fried in a wok or a frying pan and usually mixed with other ingredients as eggs, diced vegetables, chicken, beef or shrimp.

2 cups boiled rice 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots 1/4 cup chopped green onions 2 eggs beaten well 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon vinegar 3 tablespoons oil Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon siracha sauce optional
Add oil to a heated wok or frying pan
Add the minced garlic
Stir for one minute and add the beaten eggs & scramble well
Add in the vegetables and saute for 3-4 minutes
Add the rice and mix well
Add soy sauce ,siracha sauce salt and pepper, vinegar
Add siracha sauce (optional), vinegar, pepper and salt to taste
Mix well, add green onions and serve hot
